ISLAMABAD: All people have heard or seen trackers that might nail car or SUV thieves down however here comes a system that texts you if somebody steals, or maybe touches, your bike within the parking.
sms Device that texts you if your bike is stolen.The new Scorpio Ride `Core’ system from Massachusetts-based Scorpio Sounds uses an Apple or android app to stay track of a module put in within the bike, Khaleej Times reported.
The box plugs into the battery and relays everything from location to tyre pressure to your phone, pill or laptop.
The `Core’ connects straight into the bike’s battery thus it monitors the charge standing and can send a message if the juice is obtaining too low.
If somebody manages to steal the bike, it trigger the app’s emergency mode that produces a pin code that offers police temporary access to the live location feed and may be tracked to between ten and twenty feet.
“If a stealer disconnects the bike’s battery, the unit has an interior backup power supply to stay causing info till they catch the stealer,” the developer informed.
The bike tracking system starts at a price of $219 (Rs.13,000 approximately).
